A day at the office at EAB Excellent

As an experienced Account Manager, you know that no day is the same. The day may start with a visit to a prospective client, a team meeting or some administration. When you go to your prospective client, you make every effort to be well prepared so that you bring in this prospect as a client. For this, you have excellent knowledge of our services and the energy industry.

All our customers’ information can be seen and entered in our specially designed software package. There is a weekly progress meeting with the team on Friday and everything is discussed together to ensure that commercial targets are achieved together and customers are satisfied. To end the successful week and usher in the weekend, there is THE Friday afternoon drink.

Tasks

  • Prospect and customer contact (field sales)
  • Entry of all customer information and costs in the Energy Monitoring System (EMS) for existing and new customers;
  • Optimising EMS;
  • Commercial activities: networking, customer visits, trade fairs
  • Telephone and e-mail contact with our customers;
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and contracts;
  • Making analyses for customers on energy consumption;
  • Taking care of our larger clients’ disclosure obligations to the RVO;
  • Explore opportunities for reclaiming energy tax from new customers in cooperation with the back office;
  • Contribute to strategic energy procurement for our customers;
  • Chart annual settlements for customers.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

  • You have knowledge of and experience with the energy market;
  • You have several years of experience in the job market as an Account Manager;
  • Minimum MBO degree and/or proven MBO work and thinking level or higher;
  • You like personal contact with customers;
  • You quickly find your way around software systems;
  • You are communicative (both oral and written), stress-resistant, focused on collaboration and flexible;
  • You are motivated, positive and bring others along with you in your enthusiasm;
  • You live in The Hague or nearby;
  • You are available for a minimum of 36 – 40 hours per week
