Can you talk briefly about Prins Horeca?

In 2010, Prins Horeca was founded, starting with the restaurant Luden. Luden’s success led to expansion such as De Kiosk and The Fox Voorburg. Eventually, Amare at Luden joined the growing company.

Over time, Prins Horeca decided to focus on their four main establishments: Luden, Kiosk, The Fox Voorburg, and Amare at Luden.

Why did you partner with EAB Excellent?

Through a mutual friend, I got into a conversation with Johan. During our conversation it emerged that he was in charge of energy management, after which we decided to turn everything over to him saying, “Just take care of it.”

How do you experience cooperation and our services?

I am very satisfied. Everything is taken care of immediately; one phone call is enough and everything is taken care of, without endless questions afterwards. Service orientation is at the heart of this.

Do you have any tips for EAB Excellent to work even better together and improve services?

The level of service orientation here is second to none and an example to others. You simply don’t find this kind of service anywhere. For EAB, I have no further recommendations; they do everything excellently.
