Can you talk briefly about Espadon
Espadon Beheer has been active as a property manager for over 10 years. We do this in The Hague with a small but driven team. We work closely with DOEN NVM brokers. They take care of the rental of our homes. Our office is located in the same building which makes the lines short!
Why did you partner with EAB Excellent?
We chose to partner with EAB Excellent to streamline mutations around energy contracts.
There are regular changes within our properties, such as rentals/sales/leases, and EAB’s platform provides an overview. We can submit all mutations in one place, and then they are picked up by EAB.
The purchasing collective provides competitive prices, which is attractive with the size of our portfolio.
