I was approached by EAB. During the interviews it felt good; there was an open and enthusiastic atmosphere. What attracted me most was the challenge of learning something new. I had no knowledge of the energy industry at the time, which made it extra interesting. I was looking forward to learning new things, and being able to apply this immediately. <\/p>\n\n
Over the past five years, I have learned an awful lot and grown tremendously, both personally and professionally. Working in a small, close-knit team felt like a second family; everyone is there for each other. In addition, I was given great opportunities, such as a sustainability course, which allowed me to further broaden my knowledge. <\/p>\n\n
The direct contact with customers gave me satisfaction, especially since we often build long-term relationships. Service and service orientation are important to me, and at EAB this is central. <\/p>\n\n
Be curious and open to new things. At EAB, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot and develop yourself. Take advantage of the training opportunities and see every challenge as an opportunity. It’s a place where you can really make an impact, both for clients and within the team. My advice: be yourself and enjoy the personal atmosphere, because that’s what makes working here so special. <\/p>\n\n
Of course I am going to miss my colleagues! We have been through a lot together and have enjoyed working together. In addition, I am going to miss the customer contact immensely. There are customers with whom I have built up a good relationship for five years. That personal connection, thinking along and looking for solutions together, gave me a lot of energy. The feeling that you can really mean something to someone is something I will always cherish. <\/p>\n\n
This new opportunity came my way unexpectedly, and it felt right away. After five years, it is a good time to look further and challenge myself in a different way. I see this as a great opportunity to broaden my horizons, gain new experiences and continue to grow.
